New McCoy’s Chips for authentic ‘chip shop’ flavour!
McCoy’s is shaking up snacks again with the launch today (19 September) of McCoy’s Chips, the first ever crinkle cut crisps to deliver a full on ‘chip shop’ experience.
The range has two intense flavours, Chip Shop Sea Salt and Chip Shop Salt & Vinegar, both offered in 125g sharing bags. New technology has helped to create a lighter, crinkled chip with McCoy’s iconic ridges. Crunchy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside, McCoy’s Chips taste just like the real thing!
Branded Sales Director at KP Snacks, Andy Riddle, says: “The main reason people buy crisps and snacks is for flavor and McCoy’s delivers flavour full on! This new product has tested extremely well and we’re delighted to be introducing such an innovative new idea which also adds value to the snack category with its sharing bag format.”
McCoy’s latest ‘When Flavour Calls’ media campaign has successfully accelerated rate of sale for the brand and will continue this week with the launch of another new TV ad for McCoy’s Thick Cut range.
