I have a BA (Hons) Business Management and Leadership Degree from Bristol, an ILM Level 3 award in Coaching and a BIIAB Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques, and Lean Organisation Management Techniques.
What was your career path to your job today?

It included a placement year where I worked as a Project Coordinator in Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement at Treves UK, a tier one automotive organisation.
What does your current role involve?
I'm in my second rotation of KP’s Graduate scheme which is Manufacturing. I am learning different processes and lines in the factory and understanding roles and responsibilities in the factory. I will shortly take on the role of Factory Line Manager, where I will manage and lead a team, which I'm super excited for!
What's the best thing about your job?
Every day brings new and exciting challenges.
The Development Programme is absolutely amazing and fundamental to my development.
What areas of the KP Graduate scheme have you particularly enjoyed?
The Development Programme is absolutely amazing and fundamental to my development, especially the People and Project Management module, which focused on different leadership styles and the Myers Briggs model, and having difficult conversations; we put these into practice and led different tasks to develop us as individuals.
What's it like to work at KP?
It's exciting and challenging, there's always a positive and encouraging environment, and everyone I've met is friendly and supportive.
What's your favourite KP Snack and why?
Pom Bear Original, they're great.
Where would you like your career to take you? / Where do you see yourself in five years?
I would like to continue in Manufacturing/Production or IWS (Continuous Improvement), I've only just started my Manufacturing Rotation and my last rotation is IWS, so we'll have to see where they take me!
