Values & Behaviours

Our V&Bs guide how we work every day and have helped us to create a great culture for the business, making it a fantastic place to work. We have more than 120 V&B ‘Champions’ around KP who work to embed our V&Bs into every part of our business, at every site, every day. Every Friday is ‘Feel Good Friday’ where our people hear if they have been called out by other colleagues who feel they have demonstrated the Values and Behaviours really well.
