Proud winner of HR Impact award at Personnel Today Awards
We’re delighted KP’s HR team was declared the 2019 winner of the HR Impact award, recognising the people workstream of integrating three new businesses – Tyrrells, Butterkist and Popchips, into the wider KP Snacks business.
Over 900 HR professionals came together on Tuesday (19th November) for the prestigious Personnel Today Awards; a ceremony celebrating HR colleagues and teams who have led innovative projects and been courageous in implementing change over the past 18 months.
Johanna Dickinson, HR Director, said, “It was wonderful for our KP team to be recognised for the excellent work delivered through the people workstream of integration – for many of our HR team this was their first experience of an acquisition. To be singled out against the likes of Astra-Zeneca and The Financial Times at such a large-scale event was truly a memorable and proud moment.”
