Say hello to a fiery new flavour for our beacon “Better for You” brand, popchips. Bringing a kick of spicy flavour to healthier snacking, popchips Hot & Spicy is a deliciously light and crunchy snack.
A deliciously fiery snacking experience, this new popchips flavour capitalises on the growing trend for spicy flavours to excite and engage shoppers. In fact, “Spicy” is currently the third fastest growing flavour profile for snacks in the UK.
The Healthier Snacking segment is strong and growing at around 24% year on year as the trend towards healthier eating continues, with people seeking out ‘permissible’ snacks that don’t compromise on big flavour. Popped, never fried, popchips come in at under 100 calories per serving, are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and have a third less fat than the market leader. Last year, the entire popchips portfolio was reformulated to become non-HFSS (non-high fat, sugar, salt).
Popchips Hot & Spicy is available in a 23g single bag with an RRP of £1.00 as well as a 85g sharing bag format with an RRP of £2.25.
