The KP Deal

By listening to, investing in and developing the potential of our people, we believe our business will continue to be successful – today and for generations to come. We want KP Snacks to be a destination for talented people and our KP Deal covers every part of what makes KP a great place to work. It has four pillars, which provide focus and structure for our people agenda: Wellbeing, Values and Behaviours, Reward and Recognition and Personal Growth.

Our Values and Behaviours (V&Bs) focus on ‘how’ KP colleagues do their jobs. We apply them in our performance reviews and development plans, to the way we give recognition and in our recruitment. We have 120 V&B Champions across all levels, sites and functions of KP. They are the ambassadors of our values, helping them live in our business every day.

Contributing to targets

  • We will launch a new wellbeing strategy in 2023 to support colleagues with their physical, mental and financial health.
  • Through our inclusion and diversity strategy, governed by our Values and Behaviours Steerco, we will work to create an inclusive culture at KP Snacks.
